Engineering, construction and commissioning of a hydrogen refuelling station designed for both heavy-duty and light-duty mobility applications in Poland.

The project was developed to support continuous public operation, combining 350 bar and 700 bar refuelling capabilities within the same infrastructure. Designed for high-demand operation scenarios, the station is capable of supplying hydrogen to buses, trucks and passenger vehicles, ensuring reliable and efficient refuelling performance throughout the day.

The station integrates high-pressure hydrogen storage systems, multi-stage hydrogen compression and dedicated hydrogen cooling systems, enabling optimised refuelling conditions for different vehicle categories and operating profiles. The infrastructure was designed to handle daily hydrogen demand of up to 840 kg, supporting simultaneous H35 and H70 refuelling operations.

The project also includes advanced safety and control systems, hydrogen pressure management, trailer integration systems and equipment prepared for demanding operational environments and continuous service conditions.

This project reinforces PRF’s expertise in the development of hydrogen mobility infrastructures for large-scale transportation applications, combining engineering capability, operational reliability and experience in complex hydrogen refuelling systems.
